Our work is built on five pillars:

We enable businesses to advance their knowledge and expertise, set sustainability targets and achieve the growth objectives. GCNG offers quality education through Professional Certificate Programme at Corporate Sustainability Academy through trainings and conferences on international and local level.

We advise member businesses on sustainable corporate governance in line with 10 Principles of UN Global Compact. GCNG provides self-evaluation tools and supports sustainability benchmarking, gaps identification and improvement of corporate governance. We help companies integrate international standards into business plans and everyday operations.

GCNG enhances multi-stakeholder partnerships to achieve Sustainable Development Agenda 2030. The organization successfully links businesses to civil society organizations (CSOs) and government agencies, also provides peer-to-peer networking opportunities on the local and global level.

We engage in policy dialogue with the government to drive the sustainability work in the country. GCNG promotes participatory implementation of the Agenda 2030, through strengthening capacity of the state agencies and through facilitating public private dialogue.

We incentivize responsible business conduct through various recognition schemes, while highlighting corporate achievements and encouraging sustainable action. GCNG promotes corporate sustainability awareness through various media channels and issues it’s own quarterly magazine “Sustainability Spotlight”.
